HOW WE WORK

Help On the Way understands that asking someone you don’t know for help can be challenging.  We visualize the process for developing trust in our relationship will be achieved through a step-by-step process.

Phone call or email initiated by you. This will begin the get-to-know-you dialogue.  Once a comfort level is achieved at this first step we will move to the second step.

Face-to-face meeting with you. Here, we can get to know each other better to insure we each succeed in developing a good fit.  You can have someone else at the meeting too, if you wish.

Create a project list. Create a list to fit your personal needs either on a one-time basis, weekly, or monthly. We have developed a list of suggested services which you can choose from; additional tasks can be added to customize our services to your needs.

Prepare a time estimate with associated costs and a schedule. We may be able to give you an estimate during this meeting or we may need to get back to you.  If we do need to get back to you it will be within a few hours of our meeting.

Get to work. Execute the job list we have created together.

Follow up assessment.  It is our intent to keep our mutual trust in check by a periodic review of our services with you to insure all of your needs are being met appropriately.
